The cloudy white soup, simmered for over 8 hours with chicken bones and wings, uses either Banshu Hyakunichi-dori or Kyo Aka Jidori. That rich, velvety depth is irresistible〜!

Each serving includes a three-cut platter of bone-in thigh, opened thigh, and wings. In addition to hot pot vegetables, they say the finishing udon comes in an amount you “probably won’t be able to finish”. That’s exactly what you’d expect from Sujikama, Nishinomiya’s proud udon spot.
