The location is the Kamikawarabayashi crossing on the Hankyu Kobe Line. It’s the crossing where “Kawaragi Nakano-michi” intersects with the Hankyu tracks.
About three assistant station managers from train operations rushed over and were handling the situation.
When a train was approaching, they lowered the crossing gate manually.
Staff from the technical department also rushed over and were working hard to fix it.
