It seems construction had been going on since around mid-February, and a sign was recently put up too.

The address is 5-23 Murokawa-cho, Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture. This is where Trust Tattoo used to be. Before that, it was Hachu Kobe in Nishinomiya, and before that, François was here.
Around “Little Bliss Market”
Across the street is McDonald’s Nishinomiya Hirota.
If you head north from the shop, you’ll find Kankodo, then Sunnyside, and Hirota Shrine farther along.
If you head south from the shop, you’ll find places like Nuts & Dried Fruit Market and Ramen Sakura Ibuki, leading toward Route 171.
Finally
When we searched for the shop name, we found this Instagram account here. There’s no address listed, so it’s still unclear whether it’s the same shop opening in Nishinomiya, but the profile says “Costco resale shop + cafe.” This has not been confirmed at this time. We’ll keep you posted if we find out anything new.
