It appears to be a chicken chintan ramen specialty shop. The shop’s Instagram is already up, and it says they’ll open in mid-April🍜They’re also apparently hiring staff.

The address is 〒662-0825 兵庫県西宮市門戸荘１７−４８−１０１. This is where “麺処 彩心” used to be. 麺処 彩心 has relocated to Nishinomiya-Kitaguchi.

What’s Around “麺屋 野条”
This is the exterior of the shop.
If you go this way, you’ll find places like 7-Eleven, and if you keep going you’ll reach Yakujinsan-suji.
If you go in the opposite direction, you’ll head toward the Hankyu Imazu Line. On the corner is NAGASAKIYA ROASTERY. Turn right and you’ll be in front of Mondo-Yakujin Station.
A Ramen Shop from the Owner Behind Taiwan’s Popular “麺処 田冶”

The new “麺屋 野条” opening in Mondo-Yakujin appears to be a new shop by the owner of “麺処 田冶,” a popular Japanese-style ramen shop in Taiwan. “麺処 田冶” is a much-talked-about shop that has even been featured on TV, and its ramen, which brings out the umami of chicken, has a strong reputation. Apparently, its signature dish is the “Silkie Chicken Soy Sauce Ramen.” The shop is run by Mr. Nojo, who is from Hyogo, and he also operates a ramen school locally. “麺屋 野条” will be a new chicken chintan ramen shop that this owner is opening in Nishinomiya.
Chicken chintan (torichintan) refers to a clear soup that draws out the umami of chicken. By contrast, chicken paitan (toripaitan) is a cloudy white soup.
Final Thoughts
So another ramen shop is moving into the spot after the previous ramen shop. It’s nice to hear that Japanese-style ramen is gaining popularity in Taiwan, and it’s exciting that someone behind such a talked-about shop is opening a place in Nishinomiya😄 We can’t wait for it to open.
