It looks like “Sukesan Udon,” opening near Sakura Shukugawa along National Route 2, will be holding a pre-opening event〜
Here it is↓

For the 5 days from Saturday, April 4 to Wednesday, April 8, it will be in pre-opening mode. It looks like hours will be split into two sessions:
- 10:00〜15:00 (last entry 14:00)
- 17:00〜21:00 (last entry 20:00)
That’s the schedule.
By the way, the grand opening is Thursday, April 9. It seems they’ll be open from 10:00〜26:00 (last entry 25:00). So nice that they’ll be open late🙌
Here it is on the map↓
The address is 1F, 11-11 Kaguracho, Nishinomiya, Hyogo. It’s the former location of Yumean.

We previously tried Sukesan Udon at the Amado location, and their most popular dish, “Niku Goboten Udon,” was excellent. The sweet-and-savory simmered beef went perfectly with the chewy udon noodles. The katsudon also had a rich flavor and was really satisfying〜
I wonder if there’ll be a line for the pre-opening after all. A lot of people may stop by on their way back from cherry blossom viewing〜. If you’re curious, why not check it out?
