It looks like a clinic mall is coming right in front of Koshienguchi Station.

A project overview had been posted. Under “use,” it says clinics (tenants), offices, and retail shops.
The location is on the south-side rotary in front of Koshienguchi Station, where the former Mitsubishi UFJ building used to stand. The demolition had just recently been completed.

Details of the Clinic Building
The building will have four floors. The tenant breakdown is six clinic spaces, one office space, and one retail shop space.
Construction is scheduled from November 2026 to December 2027, so it looks like completion will be around the end of 2027.
By the way, the retail shop is listed as having “no late-night business hours,” so it seems unlikely to be something like a convenience store. Maybe a dispensing pharmacy will move in?🤔That’s just a guess. Sorry if I’m wrong.
On the south side of Koshienguchi Station, there’s already a clinic mall diagonally across from this spot, but when you think about actually going there, it’s nice to have one near the station where you can walk easily from the station or bus stop, or stop by on your way home from work. Since it will be in a spot you see right after leaving the station, we’re curious to see what kind of building it becomes.
