It looks like some kind of shop is being built in New Futaba Sun Mall Shopping Street in Murogawa-cho, under the Hankyu elevated tracks.

Apparently interior work has been underway since around the end of April, and it looks like something like a counter is being built inside.

The address is 1-28 Murogawa-cho, Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture. This is the former location of “ヤキイモ・甘味処 芋しょう.”

Across the street is Wako Kindergarten.
If you go this way, you’ll find Tempura Takara, お食事処 美松, ダイニング キノシタ, and other places, leading toward Route 171.
If you go in the opposite direction, you’ll find places like Nishinomiya Watanabe Hospital, heading toward Nishinomiya-Kitaguchi.
