Kids who feel “I’m nervous because it’s my first time…” will be okay too. Instructors and staff carefully support them, starting with how to use the equipment. I’ve heard many times that the breathtaking view after a tough climb is one of the best parts of mountain climbing.
Age range: Grade 4-Junior High Grade 3

Fee: 110,000 yen (tax included)

- Peace of mind with staff carefully supporting kids from how to use the equipment
- By the time they come home, they may seem a little stronger and more grown-up
🌿 What burehyu Camp Values
- Putting children’s “I want to try!” at the center: Challenges and moments to pause are both accepted as experiences each child needs
- Support that stays close to each child’s condition: Leaders don’t immediately give answers. They wait for children to think and take action on their own. And when they succeed, they celebrate together!
- Real experiences that only nature can create: Using all five senses to “feel and notice” stays with children
- Reassuring support, even for first-timers: Experienced leaders pay close attention to each child
Lots of kids come back for the next camp saying, “I want to see my leader again.” By the time they go home, they might even have a “favorite leader”…!?
🛡️ About Safety
・Children are never given time to act completely on their own
・Safety talks are held before activities
・Frequent hydration and breaks are provided, and activities are adjusted based on heat index and weather
・Outdoor activities are canceled during lightning advisories or when thunder is heard
・Life jackets and helmets are worn during river activities
・Food allergies are checked in advance, and first-aid staff are assigned
・Buses are operated by certified providers rated three stars or higher
Rules are also set and taught in training for how staff interact with children, such as making sure staff and participants are never alone one-on-one and that multiple staff members watch over children at bedtime.
