A new tutoring school called “個別指導まなび” has opened along Hongo Gakubun-suji, near LaLaport Koshien.

There was a large sign up. According to the official website, it looks like it just opened on Monday, June 1.

The address is Naruo Post Room 202, 5-7-21 Naruo-cho, Nishinomiya, Hyogo. This is where Meiko Gijuku used to be.
Around “個別指導まなび Naruo Classroom”
If you head north, you’ll find 幸醤樓, Hotto Motto, and other spots, and it leads out to National Route 43.
If you head south, you’ll find Koshien Animal Hospital, Cafe Tigre, Ito-Yokado, and other places, and it leads out to Rinko Line.

It seems to be a private tutoring school for elementary, junior high, and high school students, mainly operating in the Kansai area, with another classroom also located in Koshienguchi. The Naruo Classroom is apparently their 100th location, and to celebrate, they’re currently running campaigns such as a free four-session summer trial pack and no enrollment fee.
