I visited “北海道ちーずの専門店 ほのか商店” in Yamaguchi-cho.（I’ve actually stopped by a few times privately to buy cheese on my way home from golf.）
Mozzarella Zenzai
Last time, I had the soft-serve ice cream, but this time I tried the “Mozzarella Zenzai” 450 yen!
The white topping on top is mozzarella cheese.
Have you ever heard of combining mozzarella with zenzai??
The sweet zenzai and salty mozzarella cheese are a perfect match!!
It warms you right up.
If you want to try a slightly unusual zenzai, definitely stop by “ほのか商店”.

Their “Raclette Cheese” is made with Hokkaido potatoes covered in melty Hokkaido raclette cheese.
Just imagining it makes it sound so good.
The display case is lined with all kinds of cheeses.
They let you sample them too, so it’s fun to look for your favorite cheese.

“大空ヨーグルト” 500 yen
“ニセコチーズ工房空ku” 1,668 yen
According to the owner, this yogurt is said to “help with constipation”!!
If you’re dealing with constipation, why not give it a try?
“ニセコチーズ” is a blue cheese.
They don’t get much stock, so if you find it, you’re lucky!! It’s that kind of cheese.
Ever since I bought it once, I’ve been completely hooked on “ニセコチーズ工房空ku” 😀
When I visited last time, they didn’t have any in stock, which was disappointing, but this time I was lucky enough to buy some!
