We Visited the Dog Garden Terrace Alice & Andy in Yamaguchi-cho

I visited the dog garden terrace “Alice and Andy” in Yamaguchi-cho, which opened last May (*^^)v

On this day, I went together with a collie puppy I was looking after ← though it was so big you’d wonder, “Where’s the puppy part?” But since it’s a large-breed puppy, I guess that’s about right ^^; (^^♪

Alice-chan, the shop’s mascot dog, came all the way outside the building to greet us.

Alice-chan is an Australian Labradoodle girl. Apparently, she’s currently in the middle of serious training to become an “oshibori dog”!

Sofa seating (^^♪ The sofa has the same pattern as the one at my place, so I immediately felt a little connection (#^.^#)

There are several spots where you can attach your dog’s leash (*^^)v Alice-chan is tied up there.

Apparently, it’s incredibly beautiful around sunset on a clear day↓

Terrace seating… It was cold that day, so I went straight inside without hesitation, but the terrace might feel really nice in the coming season !(^^)!

The owners — it’s jointly run by two people — have a farm in Yokawa, and they also have curry dishes made with vegetables they grow themselves ← that sounds delicious! Next time, definitely!

Andy-kun is a Newfoundland, which is a giant dog breed! I wonder if I’ll get to meet the big, black, fluffy Andy-kun next time…

Final Thoughts

The two owners were calmly discussing purchasing arrangements. With things like golf competitions and guitar practice aiming toward live performances, it has such a fun atmosphere.

Inside, Wi-Fi is available, and there was also a 5% cashless payment rebate, which felt like a nice little bonus (^_^)v

It seems you can enjoy tea, lunch, and even alcohol here, even if you don’t bring a dog with you (^^♪
