Located along the Nakatsuhama Line, very close to Bern Kotoen,
I got takeout from the Italian restaurant “Trattoria Verita” ヽ(^o^)丿
Dishes from “Trattoria Verita”

Assortment of Three Popular Appetizers ¥780 (tax not included)
Melting caciocavallo and prosciutto… Cheese delivered straight from the farm and prosciutto from Hokkaido are lightly seared, bringing together a fragrant aroma, mellow cheese, and just the right saltiness from the prosciutto! This definitely calls for wine (^^)
Seared scallop carpaccio-style… It makes you wonder, does searing make everything taste better…? Mmm, I wanted more!!
Marinated octopus with vincotto sauce… Apparently it’s finished with garlic and olive oil on an herb base, giving it a surprisingly deep flavor !(^^)! They say this one gets a lot of repeat orders! This also calls for wine (#^.^#)

Verita’s Gorgonzola Sauce ¥1280 (tax not included)
This is a rich original sauce made with Gorgonzola a type of blue cheese as the base, combined with fresh cream from Hokkaido (^^)
It comes with plenty of vegetables and bacon! The takeout came with a slice of baguette and cheese, so I went ahead and added them on top ^^;
You can really taste the deep, delicious flavor of the Gorgonzola. It was so good ヽ(^o^)丿

This is what the takeout looked like!

The container is quite deep, so it’s packed full\(^o^)/Even men would probably feel full after this!
Apparently, most items on the restaurant menu can be taken out, except for the set meals (^^)
The menu with photos is here.
Everything looks incredibly delicious, and the photos make the dishes easy to understand, so take a look (^^♪

Final Thoughts
The owner told us they’re a fan of Nishitsu,
and said they were wondering what to do when all of our articles turned into English for April Fool’s Day ヽ(^o^)丿That kind of thing makes us so happy!
The pasta portion was hearty and really filling \(^o^)/
I enjoyed the delicious appetizers at home with wine!
Looking at the menu, the risotto and pizza also look tasty, and more than anything, I want to try the pasta freshly made, so next time I’ll eat at the restaurant (#^.^#)
