We found this while on a journey to search for a waterfall said to be deep in the mountains of Yamaguchi-cho!!Well, “journey” is more like a hike, thoughー(^^)v

What is this???Seriously!!
It’s so huge it feels like Titans from Attack on Titan could come charging from the other side.
The person in the middle with their hand up is Sensei, and the one crouching is Shacho!(^^)!
The name of this structure is “Funasaka Dai-jū Entei”
Here’s how it looks from above!
And this is what it looks like from the Titan-attack side(*^^)v
It is 14.0 m tall and 76.5 meters long
（Apparently the Titans in Attack on Titan are about 15 m to 17 m tall, so it looks just about easy enough for them to climb over^_^;）
This is a facility called a sabo dam, built to catch sediment and driftwood when a debris flow occurs, protecting towns and villages downstream from disasters.
There was only a walking path to get here, and it was tough to walk… I wonder how they brought in all the construction materials??

Just kidding, it’s a deep part of the riverヽ(^o^)丿 It was way too cold to soak in!!
