There was a manhole that wasn’t buried in the ground ヽ(^o^)丿
It’s definitely floating! It’s not buried!
It says “Nishinomiya City gate valve” on itIt made me wonder whose water meter that is right next to it
From the side, it doesn’t really look like it’s connected into the ground
And this is right in front of the door to the little booth used by the staff member who says “all right, all right” when the Hankyu Bus makes a U-turn in front of Kwansei Gakuin!
You could kind of see it being used as a step to open the door and go inside, but
the height is way too perfectly matched!!
It even feels like you might be able to move it if you really tried ヽ(^o^)丿
