A fried chicken and potato salad specialty shop called “こまつのポテカラ屋” is apparently opening in Komatsunishimachi along the Kosone Line.
It looks like it will open in mid-October.
I can’t say for sure whether this is the exact location, but I think it’s probably where Cafe Olive is.

Gakubun Junior High School is across the street.
If you go this way, you’ll find Gusto, Hokka Hokka Tei, and other places, and it leads out to Route 43.
If you go in the opposite direction, there’s Co-op, COCON SWEETS FACTORY, and more.
Final Thoughts
There was a car parked in front of Cafe Olive and it looked like interior work was about to begin, so I think this is probably the location, though it could also be the neighboring cram school, “英数研.” We’ll let you know as soon as we have more details.
They’re scheduled to open in mid-October and are also hiring staff, so it seems certain that the shop will be opening.
