If ACTA is already lit up, maybe those other spots around Nishinomiya are starting to light up one after another too.
By the way, it looks like the Christmas tree at Nishinomiya Gardens will be lit starting Friday, November 13.
As more illuminations start appearing, it really begins to feel like the end of the year.
