I visited the long-established soba restaurant “丸万” in front of Kurakuen-guchi Station\(^o^)/Apparently, it has been in business for 45 years!

What We Ate at Soba Restaurant “丸万”

Shrimp Tempura Soba + Kayaku Gohan ¥1000 (tax included)
I chose this from the recommended set meals(#^.^#) The tempura included shrimp, sweet potato, and shishito pepper.
The soba noodles were thin, flat noodles with a nice aroma that held its own against the broth.
The kayaku gohan had a gentle, comforting flavorヽ(^o^)丿

Oyakodon Set Meal ¥930 (tax included)
You can choose udon or soba, and whether you want it hot or coldヽ(^o^)丿
The oyakodon was made with chicken breast and had a light flavor.
The udon had a good dashi flavor and an easy-to-eat texture!(^^)!

Finally
The interior has a somewhat nostalgic feel… apparently, the shop has been in business for 45 years!(^^)!
There were celebrity autographs and a photo of Tsurube-san on the wall.
On New Year’s Eve, many people come to eat year-end soba, and depending on the year, they sometimes sell out by evening.
There was a sign saying takeout available, so it’s nice that you can enjoy the shop’s flavors at home too(^^)
