Tuna, salmon, squid, and octopus were wrapped in the appetizing aroma of sesame oil ＼(^o^)／
The sauce is apparently one of the shop’s specialties, and it had plenty of flavor even without soy sauce. It went perfectly with the rice!
For these seafood bowls, they cut the ingredients after receiving your order, so everything is fresh.
Since it’s served on top of warm rice, the receipt said to eat it within one hour (^_^;)
It took me a little while to bring it back to the office, so the seaweed topping has gone a bit soft ^^;
