Believe it or not, one of the largest in the Keihanshin area
large-scale biogas power plants (a plant that produces biogas from organic waste such as food loss through microbial fermentation, then generates electricity using gas engine generators) is planned to be built ＼(^o^)／
The electricity this plant can supply will be enough for about 1,000 households per year! That also shows just how much food loss there is… not sure if that’s something to celebrate ^^;
