The property featured was a huge detached house just a 1-minute walk from Hankyu Shukugawa Station.
Okamura had three conditions for choosing a second home:
- Lower floors
- Near a park
- A good view

“Can you really get there from the station in one minute?” Moriyama from Yoshimoto Kogyo’s Mitorizu ran there with a stopwatch.
He made it to the property in 50 seconds at a light jog.
Since Shukugawa Park stretches all along the Shukugawa River, it perfectly matches Okamura’s condition of being “near a park”!
Maybe someday he’ll quietly end up living in Nishinomiya.
