Shukugawa, Kurakuen, Koyoen, the Nishikita area… places we don’t often get the chance to visit for our own reporting. Basically, it’s all ✨upscale residential neighborhoods✨!
They’re a YouTuber duo called “Kubo-chan” and “Jun-chan,” and when I first saw these two, who kind of give off nightlife vibes, touring upscale residential neighborhoods?? I started watching while feeling just a little suspicious… but it’s seriously entertaining!!

I was surprised by how much they know about the history of each area, local stories, plants, and all sorts of other things!
And there’s a reason for that: apparently, these two are real estate agents by profession〜😳
We even found a video about Hago-cho, where the Nishitsu office is located!!
The trivia from “Jun-chan,” who has both amazing knowledge and great conversational skills, feels like that one guy from Rozan 😂
And the laid-back vibe of “Kubo-chan,” the company president, is great too〜😊
Apparently, this mansion was built by the ✨legendary god of management✨! It’s so incredible that all you can see is the wall 😂
