It’s topped with tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, basil, and Grana Padano😊
The rich tomato flavor of the sauce goes perfectly with the savory cheese!
The thin crust has an irresistible chewy texture, and the char from being baked in an authentic wood-fired oven is just right＼(^o^)／
To put it simply, Grana Padano is a granular cheese(*^^)v
The pizza is cut into 6 slices.

Final Thoughts
This was a shop with thorough COVID-19 precautions in place.
While I was waiting for the takeout pizza to be baked, they pulled out a chair at a table and said, “Please have a seat here.” When I left, they opened the door for me and kindly said, “Please watch your step…”(*^^)v
I also spotted several kinds of desserts lined up next to the counter that looked like authentic Italian sweets!
I want to try them all(*^^)v I’m definitely coming back next time!
