This is the site where there used to be a SoftBank/Y!mobile satellite shop, and before that a Yoshinoya takeout-only store.
Area around “Personal Gym Takumi-chan”
If you go this way, you’ll find Cycle Convenience Teruteru, Torikizoku, and more, leading toward National Route 43.
If you go in the opposite direction, you’ll find Imazu Station, Toen, and more.

Another new gym is coming to Imazu, already a highly competitive gym area. It seems to be a low-cost personal gym chain mainly operating around Osaka, and it’s apparently known for pricing that feels almost like an izakaya menu. The monthly 4-session course is 12,000 yen, the monthly 8-session course is 20,000 yen (meal guidance is an additional 5,000 yen), which works out to about 2,500 yen per 60-minute session—an exceptional price for the industry.
