It looks like a condominium with shops on the first floor will be built in Imazu Futabacho along Route 43. This is where “Times Imazu Futabacho” used to be.

There will be bicycle parking for 14 bikes for the shops! That’s quite a few spots🔎

The address is around 1 Imazu Futabacho, Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture.
We’re not sure whether it’s related to this construction, but the entrance to the neighboring “Matsumoto Orthopedic Clinic” on the south side appears to have changed, so please take note〜!

It’s by the Imazu intersection along Route 43, across from “Sumibi Yakiniku Kobe Tantan.”
If you go this way along Imazu Nishi Line, you’ll find the planned site of “Mandai” and “Kura Sushi,” currently under construction in Tsutozaikecho, and then reach Rinko Line.
In the opposite direction, once you cross Route 43, you’ll be in front of Hanshin and Hankyu Imazu Stations. “Ekima Imazu” is there.
Final Notes
The construction period runs from the 15th of this month until the end of December next year (Reiwa 4!).
It’s close to the station and along a major road, so we’ll be keeping an eye on what kind of shop opens there〜(^^)!
