At 6:30 this morning, a Kansai Electric Power vehicle was doing work around Oya-cho on the Nakatsuhama Line. Apparently one of the workers shouted, “The fuse is blown!”

This information came from Miyoyon-san, who was near Masagocho when the lightning struck yesterday.
Right after that, the lights in the apartment complex went out, and the traffic lights went out too… It felt like it might have hit Konan. (That’s just how it felt, though.)
Could the outage have been at this apartment complex next to where the Imazu Lighthouse used to be? The sound must have been incredible…
It appears the power has already been restored.(As of the article update at 8:00 a.m.)
I’m sure it’s worrying until the power comes back, but hopefully they’ll manage to get it fixed by morning~.Some people might not even notice until morning~
