Opening on May 15, the American casual fashion shop “RAT★RACE,” previously along Koshikiiwa-suji, has relocated and newly opened in Shukugawa, so we went to the preview party before the grand opening.

It has kind of an amusement park vibe…

So many congratulatory autographs from celebrities in such a short time!
They’re still selling Ratty (RAT★RACE T-shirts), bags, sneakers, and more, just like before～

The Stars and Stripes, dollar bills, clocks, and all that super American stuff blend with the Japanese-style house, creating a really nice atmosphere.
The spinning ceiling fan is stylish too～
It seems to also serve as a self-service cafe space and a gathering place for RAT★RACE fans.
Starting from the opening on 5/15, they’ll be selling hot dogs and toasted sandwiches～. They can’t handle rushed orders, so please wait nice and easy～

It’s an outdoor space～. There are tons of nostalgic toys like ones from Toy Story. You can use this area as a cafe. Apparently this place is called RAT★BASE～
