It looks like there were fireflies around Kitashukugawa Bridge near Kurakuen-guchi Station.

Apparently there were about 10 of them around 10 p.m. They might still be around at about 11 p.m. too. They had apparently been spotted since around May 11

They can be seen along the river on the east side of Kurakuen-guchi Station, in the area with the monkey bars and horizontal bars.
I went to take a quick look the day before yesterday. You can spot them here and there between the bridge at Kitashukugawa Station and the bridge to the north. That stretch is dark, so they’re easy to find〜 They were there around 11 p.m.!
