- Weekdays: 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Saturdays and Sundays: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

- Walk from Kurakuenguchi Station
Get off at Kurakuenguchi Station on the Hankyu Koyo Line, then walk east for about 10 minutes. - Take the Hanshin Bus
Take the Hanshin Bus “Nishinomiya Yamate Line” or “Jurinji Line,” get off at “Manchitani,” then walk east for about 2 minutes.
Buses depart from places such as the north-side rotary at JR Nishinomiya Station and the north-side rotary at Hanshin Nishinomiya Station〜. Search Hanshin Bus routes and timetables → here

Near Koshimizu Water Purification Plant, there are also other famous flower spots like Shukugawa, known for its cherry blossoms, and Hirota Shrine, where azaleas bloom, so it could be nice to visit them together.
