“Shukugawa Maizakura” is a Japanese sweet inspired by the dancing cherry blossoms of Shukugawa, and it looks incredibly cute❤️

The pale pink color, with the white petals lightly tinted pink, is especially beautiful and adorable✨

As for the taste…

The yuzu-flavored white bean paste is refreshing, sweet, and delicious☺️❤️

The petals are wrapped in soft “uiro,” giving it a pleasantly chewy texture❗️

After eating, I took a relaxing break with some tea✨

“Shukugawa Maizakura” is sold for a limited time only, from mid-March to late April, so if you’re interested, I recommend going soon❗️

It seems to get crowded during cherry blossom viewing season, so I think it’s best to go before or after the peak season😊
