The demi-glace sauce is light, almost like a soup, and the hamburg steak itself is tender and on the lighter side too.
The vegetables include six hearty kinds: lotus root, potato, pumpkin, broccoli, maitake mushrooms, and paprika, making it really satisfying!! It even comes with a seasoned egg as a little bonus, so it leaves you feeling very full.
