A new “K’s Denki” is coming to Hamacho along Sakagura-dori, and a construction sign has gone up, revealing the schedule and other details!

The building will have two above-ground floors, with the first floor apparently serving as a parking area. The sales floor looks like it will be a single floor on the second level!
The planned construction period is from June next year through the end of February 2023.
It looks like there will be 144 parking spaces and 165 bicycle parking spaces.
For the parking lot, the entrance seems to be on the Ebessan-suji side, with the exit on Sakagura-dori.
The store entrance will also be on the west side.

Since construction is scheduled to run until the end of February 2023, perhaps it will open around spring 2023🙄?
The sidewalk next to the site also seems to be used as a school route, so please take extra care when passing by during the construction period🙋
