It looks like a new Italian restaurant called “ululato (ウルラート)” is opening along Route 171 in Tokiwa-cho.

The address is Sun Arrow 2F, 1-32 Tokiwa-cho, Nishinomiya, Hyogo. The space used to be home to Yurubodo.
What’s around ululato
If you head this way, you’ll find Hidashiya, Tanron, and others, then cross Yamate Kansen toward the Central Gymnasium area.
If you go in the opposite direction, you’ll find Maruhachi, which is scheduled to be rebuilt, the ramen specialty shop “Don,” and then Route 2.
In closing
The restaurant has an Instagram account. It looks like the restaurant is run by a husband-and-wife team of chefs. In addition to counter seats, it seems they’ll also have table seating. They appear to be planning to open in March.
