It looks like the hair salon “Lee Nishinomiya,” located by the rotary on the south side of JR Nishinomiya Station, closed at the end of December and is now being dismantled.

“Lee” is a hair salon chain mainly operating in Osaka, and there is also a Koshien location in Nishinomiya.

Area Around “Lee”
It is on the first floor of Frente Nishinomiya West Wing.
The shutter was closed on the day the photo was taken, so we couldn’t see the dismantling work, but we could hear loud construction noises coming from inside.
This way is JR Nishinomiya Station.
In the opposite direction, two doors down, is the soon-to-open “Daikoku Drug JR Nishinomiya Ekimae Store”, and beyond that is Route 2.
Across Route 2, you’ll find “Bordeaux,” a cake shop famous for its cream puffs!
Finally
“Lee Nishinomiya” was apparently a hair salon with childcare services. It can be pretty hard for moms with small children to make it to the salon, after all! It’s sad to see it close 😣
