Beating out places like Kobe City, Akashi City, and Ashiya City, Nishinomiya has taken first place for the fourth year in a row 😍
And somehow, “Tokyo’s 23 wards” came in second!? Apparently this year the survey expanded the target areas nationwide. Does that mean people living in Kansai are thinking they want to live in Tokyo? 😳

In the station ranking, Nishinomiya-Kitaguchi Station ranked No. 1 for the second year in a row 😊
Since this is a ranking of places people “want to live” near, it’s mostly well-known stations where limited express trains and the like stop.

Hankyu Nishinomiya Gardens is a big factor too. On the other side of the station, “Sushi Sakaba Sashisu Nishinomiya-Kitaguchi” opened in June, so there’s always something to talk about 😎

In the “SUUMO 2022 Kansai Ranking of Municipalities People Want to Live In,” announced this March, Nishinomiya City also ranked No. 1 for the fifth year in a row. There are so many rankings like this that it’s getting hard to keep track of what’s what, haha. But Nishinomiya City is overwhelmingly strong in municipality rankings 😍 It’s really nice to know that so many people think, “I want to live in Nishinomiya” ♡
