There’s a shop called “にしのみや果汁店” inside the Nishinomiya Central Wholesale Market near JR Nishinomiya Station.
Apparently it’s known for serving desserts that make great social media photos…
So what kind of place is it?
I went to check it out right away.

“にしのみや果汁店” Shaved Ice
Since I was there, I ordered the popular “Hanazakari Peach Shaved Ice” (980 yen).
Here it is!
It really does look amazing~~

It almost feels like a waste to eat it (though I did).
They use peach slices to make a rose.
The peach was incredibly juicy, and the sauce was rich and really delicious.
It was a pretty generous portion (apparently they use one to two whole peaches), but I finished it in no time.

They also have light meals and drinks, but shaved ice seems to be their specialty.
There are so many kinds of shaved ice, and they all look like they’d be great for social media photos.
Since they can probably get fresh fruit from the market, I’d expect the flavors to be good too.

This is what the inside looks like.
It’s a fairly spacious cafe-style shop.
I think it’s the kind of place that’s easy to visit either alone or with a group.

This is the entrance on the Route 2 side of the Nishinomiya Central Wholesale Market.
The shop seems to be on the second floor.
It definitely says it’s great for social media photos.
The shaved ice seems to be what they’re famous for.
