I Tried the Tempting White Ramen and Small Black Rice Set at DURA麺TE Which Just Opened on October 4

Here’s a foodie report on the “Tempting White + Black Rice (Small) Set” from DURA麺TE, which just opened on October 4!

DURA麺TE 

This time, they went to try the soba at the newly opened “DURA麺TE” in Ueda Nishimachi along the Ozone Line. It features chicken paitan soup with charcoal-grilled Satsuma Chiran chicken～

It’s chicken paitan soba. I wonder if you pronounce it “Duramonte”?

It arrived with a fluffy, foamy soup. The charcoal-grilled chicken is also fragrant and delicious

The Black Rice is mixed rice with charcoal-grilled chicken, and you
pour the remaining soup over it to eat. I ordered the small size, so I finished it easily♪

It’s been getting a little chilly, so this was a place I’d wanted to try.
