Here’s a food report on “Kuromame Gorogoro” and “Chicken Bone Broth” from “Tamuraya,” an unmanned Tanba-Sasayama black soybean shop that just opened on November 18!

This time, it looks like they bought black soybean bread from “Tamuraya,” a newly opened unmanned Tanba-Sasayama black soybean shop in Nakasusacho, located far north from the road by JR Nishinomiya Station♪

What they bought this time was “Kuromame Gorogoro,” 2 pieces for 450 yen!

And next, Chicken Bone Broth, 2 packs for 1,200 yen!

It’s soup made by slowly simmering chicken from Tanba-Sasayama for 12 hours🐓 Bone broth is sometimes called a drinkable beauty serum✨✨

It comes frozen. This one is warmed in hot water.

Season it with salt and pepper. If you add vegetables, it turns into pot-au-feu♪

Pot-au-feu in winter sounds so comforting! I want some pot-au-feu!🍲

The Kuromame Gorogoro was also frozen, so I let it thaw naturally, then warmed it a little in the toaster oven before eating. It has a moist texture and gentle sweetness.
