A brown rice porridge specialty shop called “Riz 農家からの贈り物” has opened in Danjocho along the Nakatsuhama Line.
(This information was provided by Anzu-san, Sasako @ Nishitsu Supporter, Yositom-san, and Yoshipii. Thank you!)
Here it is↓

It looks like it opened on November 2.

It says “Brown Rice Porridge Specialty Shop”〜😄
Here it is on the map↓
The address is 4-7-11 Danjocho, Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture.
This is the former location of Cafe SQUARE.
Around “Riz 農家からの贈り物”

If you go this way, you’ll find Nigawa Udon, Nigawa Gakuin, and more.

In the opposite direction, there’s Nigawa Bridge, as well as Suger Sol, Osaka Ohsho, Shekarashika, and more.
Actually, this shop had a sign up about two years ago, and we wrote an article about it back then↓
So it has finally opened〜.
We Got to Try It as a Special Treat

“Riz 農家からの贈り物” is a takeout-only shop.
Here’s the menu↓

You can choose between “porridge” and “rice,” and the portions come in 200g or 300g.

Here’s the list of toppings.
They have classic porridge toppings like okaka bonito flakes and umeboshi pickled plum, as well as more unusual options like salmon and cream cheese〜.

Their most popular item: “Chicken Soboro & Kishu Nanko Ume Honey-Pickled Plum Porridge”
It looks so gentle on the body〜〜the kind of thing that really warms you through🤗

This one is “Okaka Soy Sauce Porridge”
If you had this when you weren’t feeling your best, it seems like it would perk you right up〜〜😊

“Brown Rice with Salmon and Cream Cheese”

Your order comes in these cute little pots〜💖

If you bring your own jar or container, they’ll apparently give you a discount: 80 yen for a small size and 90 yen for a large size.
Finally
The sign for “Riz 農家からの贈り物” had actually been up for about two years, so we knew something was coming, and now it has finally opened〜. Speaking of brown rice, a shop called “玄玄” also opened in Hiramatsucho along Route 171 in September, so maybe a quiet brown rice boom is on its way in Nishinomiya.
※Thank you to Anzu-san, Sasako @ Nishitsu Supporter, and Yoshipii-san for the information!!
