It appears the library will be temporarily closed from September 30 (Mon) to October 31 (Thu).
The reason is elevator replacement work.

When will the library be fully closed?
- September 30 (Mon) to October 10 (Thu)
- October 30 (Wed) and 31 (Thu)
A temporary service counter will be set up for part of the closure period
From October 11 (Fri) to 29 (Tue), a temporary service counter will be set up in the 1st-floor lobby, where some services will be available. Entry to the 2nd floor and browsing the bookshelves will not be allowed. *Days when services will not be available during this period: 15 (Tue), 21 (Mon), 28 (Mon)

- Borrowing reserved materials
- Returns
- Issuing and renewing library cards
- Accepting reservations for materials (including phone reservations)
- Accepting requests
*To borrow materials on the shelves, please reserve them in advance through the library website or by phone, and visit after they become available.
【Unavailable services】
- Entry to the 2nd floor
- Browsing or borrowing materials from the bookshelves
- Reading newspapers or the latest issues of magazines
- Use of the study room
- Reference and research consultation services
- Storytime events will be suspended
The book return box can still be used during the full closure
Even during the full closure (September 30 to October 10, October 30 and 31), the book return box will be available from 7:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
*The return box cannot be used while the temporary service counter is open. Please return items at the temporary counter.
When will regular operations resume?
They are scheduled to resume from November 1 (Fri).
