Located in Nishikita, Nishinomiya Gardens is one of the largest commercial facilities in western Japan. Fashion, food, movie theater, electronics store… It’s a clean shopping mall directly connected to the station where you can find pretty much anything. But that wasn’t what Miyakko residents were most proud of in the broadcast〜〜

The correct answer is a. In the elementary and junior high interschool athletic meets, you get to step on the dirt at Koshien.

In the program’s VTR, what Miyakko residents were introduced as being especially proud of were the elementary and junior high interschool athletic meets. After all, for people living in Nishinomiya, it’s a “privilege only Miyakko residents have”〜〜😊They used the keyword “Miyakko” in the program too♪

A student from Kurakuen Junior High School who was interviewed also said, “Getting to step on the dirt at Koshien was seriously moving! I cried!”〜😊
Also, Miyakko residents who had already graduated and become adults shared stories about secretly putting dirt from the field into their pockets or shoes and taking it home, and proudly said things like, “I’ve stepped on the dirt at Koshien more than high school baseball players!”😆
There were lots of other points that Miyakko residents would totally relate to〜
So, what we’re curious about is,
what place Nishinomiya ranked?
Right〜〜?
The broadcast is currently available to stream on TVer, so definitely check it out here〜〜. Anyone can watch it, even without being a member! Until Tuesday, August 27 at 0:17.
Even for towns other than Nishinomiya, if you’ve ever lived in any of the places featured, I’m sure there will be lots you can relate to〜!Personally, I used to live in Himeji, so I related a lot to the Himeji segment too🤣 It was really fun, so definitely give it a watch〜〜😄
