We had also featured “Ramen Karin” in a Nishitsu food article.
Their shio ramen was apparently a light, refreshing bowl with a clear, beautiful broth accented by yuzu.
In Closing
This ramen shop opened on the 1st floor of ACTA in January 2020. Every time I went to ACTA, I would pass by and think I’d like to try it someday, but it ended up closing before I ever got the chance. That’s too bad.
