He went missing around the Hama-Koshien Danchi area in Edagawacho, Nishinomiya City.
His name is Tsukune.
He is blue, and a male budgerigar under 1 year old.

There is also a chance he may be around Koshienguchi or near the Koshien Police Station, in addition to Edagawacho, so if you spot a blue parakeet nearby, please send in any information.
