Since it’s Baskin-Robbins 31, I’m guessing it’ll be on the 1st floor, where many of the food and drink shops are.
There are 3 vacant tenant spaces, or spaces expected to become vacant, on the 1st floor:
- The former “Wine Shop Cave de Terre” space. (inside Street Kitchen)
- The former “Oita Karaage Specialty Shop Torian” space. (inside Street Kitchen)
- The former “Italian Restaurant Tana Forno” space. (in the row of restaurants on the south side)
I kind of feel like it might go into the food court, but what do you think? 🤔
Lastly
Lately, Baskin-Robbins 31 locations have been scheduled to open one after another in Nishinomiya, and it feels like they’ve really got momentum〜😳(also inside Corowa Koshien and in front of Kotoen Station). Meanwhile, there have been a series of closures inside EBISTA Nishinomiya, so it seems like new shops will be moving into the vacant spaces. With the redevelopment in front of Hanshin Nishinomiya Station coming a few years down the line, the shops inside EBISTA may keep evolving more and more from here on out 😊
