Apparently a mysterious mascot character showed up at Hankyu Nishinomiya Gardens.

A dog mascot? It has a gentlemanly vibe, and apparently it was there for a SoftBank event. Sounds like it was there yesterday and the day before.

This mysterious character seems to have forgotten to put something on.

Apparently its name is Chappy. The way it goes “shun” when it fills with air is pretty funny. If you spot it again, call out “Chappy!”The answer is the brim of its hat~
