The area just north of Koshienguchi Station has been cleared and is now vacant land.

According to Ayahi~, demolition work started about a month ago.

The surrounding area is covered with soundproof sheeting. The building had actually been covered with something like sheets for the past several years, and the situation of “when will construction start?” had continued for quite some time.
Yesterday, 5/25. It’s finally gone.
It seems the site was completely cleared by 5/29.
Finally
Since this building had probably been there for a very long time, some of you may have memories of shops you visited there in the past. It’s a little sad to see a familiar part of the scenery change, but given its location right in front of the station, it’s also exciting to wonder what will come next. 😊
