The “Coffee Stand where you can enjoy ice cream too” will be in the spot where the juice stand used to be.
By the way, it seems the juice stand closed on May 11. Construction now appears to be underway for the opening of the coffee stand.

What is MUJI’s “Coffee Stand where you can enjoy ice cream too”?

It’s a stand where you can enjoy MUJI ice cream and coffee on the spot. The concept started in September 2024, and there now seem to be around eight locations nationwide. In Hyogo Prefecture, it looks like Nishinomiya Gardens will be the first location!
For coffee, you can apparently choose from all kinds of flavors, from rich dark roasts to clean, lighter types and medium roasts with a faintly sweet aroma☕
For ice cream, MUJI’s popular “Soozai wo Ikashita Ice Cream” series lines the shelves. In addition to staples like “Jersey Milk,” “Chocolate Mint,” and “Salted Caramel Nuts,” many stores seem to carry around 10 flavors. Some locations also apparently offer regional or seasonal limited-edition flavors🍦
They also seem to have items like “affogato,” with espresso poured over Jersey milk ice cream🍨 Some stores also offer ice cream floats and other sweets, so the lineup varies a bit by location.
Finally
It seems like a nice spot to take a quick break after shopping, or when you want to rest but don’t quite need to go to a cafe😄 When the juice stand was there before, there was a small seating area right next to it, so maybe it’ll be something like that again. Probably. It opens Friday, June 6.
