Summer means hamo shabu × classic tempura!
Hamo shabu is a summer-only dish. Seasonal ingredients like Awaji onions, corn, and shrimp are fried using rice oil and “Violet” wheat flour, giving the batter a crisp, light texture with a clean finish. According to regulars, “the kakiage tencha goes down so smoothly it’s almost like a drink!”

The private room for 4 to 6 people has a calm, comfortable atmosphere. Apparently, many business guests say they were able to “talk at a relaxed pace.” Booking it privately with family and sharing freshly fried tempura together sounds great too! A taxi fare service would be nice right now too
