The briefing sessions will be held over two days, on Sunday, November 23 and Monday, November 24 (national holiday). Both are scheduled to take place from 1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Koshikiiwa Kaikan.

This land is the former site of Shukugawa Gakuin Junior College.
It’s along the Osawa-Nishinomiya Line.
It’s very close to Koshikiiwa Shrine.
Road widening work is currently underway on the Osawa-Nishinomiya Line in this area. It is scheduled to continue until the end of December.
Large heavy machinery was on site, and work seemed to be progressing to shape the mountainside.
It’s quite a large piece of land. There had also been talk for more than 10 years about plans to develop condominiums here.

Recently, it did feel like construction work had been moving forward in the area. The flyer says construction is planned to proceed from 2026 onward, so we’ll be keeping an eye on what happens next.
