Across the street is ALLAGI, a real estate brokerage company.
If you go this way, you’ll find the Nishinomiya Fire Station, Lawson, Ramen-so Kore ga Suki Dakara, Chahan Kenkyujo Akira, and more. In the opposite direction, there are Chinese Kitchen Shoryu, Frente Nishinomiya, the Nishinomiya Ekimae Post Office, CoCo Ichibanya, and other spots.
Of the three buildings, the two on either end are said to be high-performance model homes with decarbonization features, while the house in the middle is a stay-over model home where visitors can experience whole-house air conditioning.
This office building stands on the north side of the three model homes. It seems it will serve as an evacuation space during disasters, and educational seminars for parents and children will also be held there on weekends.
