Judging from the company name written on the mailbox, it looks like “明” is read as “MYON (みょん)”♪

If you go this way, you’ll find the karaage specialty shop Toririki next door, Carnori Rent-a-Car, the pension office, Hanshin-Kokudo Station, the new hospital under construction, and more, heading toward Amagasaki.
If you go in the opposite direction, you’ll find Shokupan Nico, Ramen-so Kore ga Suki Dakara, W BROTHERS, Nishinomiya Fire Station, Chinese Kitchen Shoryu, Frente Nishinomiya, and more, heading toward Shukugawa.

Final Thoughts
A fried rice specialty shop might be a first for Nishinomiya😆 According to Nishitsu reader Karukawa, who happened to ask someone from the shop, they said, “We’re hoping to open by early May at the latest, or by the end of April if things go quickly!” Since the name includes “Research Institute,” maybe we’ll get to enjoy a wide variety of fried rice flavors, from classics to more unusual creations〜? Can’t wait for the opening😊
